Welcome to Lost and Found Resale. By visiting our website, purchasing an item, or engaging in consignment with us, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to protect both our customers and our consignors.

1. Product Condition and Disclaimers
All items sold through Lost and Found Resale are pre-owned or consigned. Each item is unique. We provide clear photos, descriptions, and condition notes, but all assessments are subjective.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that pre-owned items may include wear, variations in materials, minor imperfections, or signs of age. These characteristics are not considered defects.

2. Authenticity Statement
We make good-faith efforts to authenticate luxury items. However, authentication in the resale market is based on expert opinion, not manufacturer verification. Lost and Found Resale does not provide manufacturer-backed authentication or warranties.
By purchasing, you agree that disputes over authenticity must be supported by a written, third-party evaluation from a recognized authentication service.

3. All Sales Are Final
Because our items are unique, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions apply only if:
• the wrong item was shipped, or
• the item received is materially different from the description.
Minor variations or normal wear consistent with pre-owned goods do not qualify.

4. Pricing, Availability, and Errors
All prices are subject to change. Items may sell at any time, and a product is not considered purchased until checkout is completed. Lost and Found Resale reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, product availability, or suspected fraud.

5. Payment, Chargebacks, and Fraud Prevention
You agree that all sales are final and non-refundable. Chargebacks made without valid cause are considered fraudulent. Lost and Found Resale may dispute any chargeback using store policies, product photos, and communication history.
We reserve the right to require identity or payment verification on any order.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
Once an order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the buyer. Lost and Found Resale is not responsible for delays, damage, theft, or delivery issues caused by carriers.
For high-value shipments, we recommend selecting insured shipping options when available.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost and Found Resale is not liable for:
• incidental, indirect, or consequential damages
• loss of profit or business
• claims related to wear, condition, or authenticity that rely on subjective interpretation
Our maximum liability will never exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

8. Consignment Terms (for Sellers/Consignors)
By consigning items with Lost and Found Resale, consignors agree to the following:
• We reserve the right to determine pricing based on market value, brand, condition, and demand.
• Items may be discounted during promotions or markdowns.
• Consignors will receive payouts according to the commission structure in place at the time of sale.
• Items left unclaimed past the consignment period may be discounted, donated, or liquidated at our discretion.
• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft caused by customers, carriers, or unforeseen events (fire, water, etc.).
Consignors release Lost and Found Resale from liability for events outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property
All product photos, descriptions, videos, branding, and graphics on this website belong to Lost and Found Resale. They may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy and Data Usage
We collect only the information needed to process orders, provide customer service, or manage accounts. Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Updates to These Terms
Lost and Found Resale may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
