Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our items are pre-owned, one-of-a-kind, or consigned, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed.

The only exceptions apply in rare situations where a significant error has occurred, such as:

• The wrong item was shipped
• The item received is materially different from the description (for example: wrong size, wrong brand, or undisclosed major damage)

If an exception applies, the buyer is responsible for notifying us immediately and providing supporting photos so we can review the situation.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition notes before purchasing. We are always available to answer questions prior to checkout.
