Shipping Policy
Lost and Found Resale ships nationwide within the United States. All items are inspected, photographed, and securely packed before shipment. Because our products are pre-owned and often one-of-a-kind, shipping procedures are designed to protect both the buyer and the item.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during sales or holidays. We do not ship on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping Methods, Costs, and Additional Charges
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on size, weight, carrier, and destination.
Due to the unique nature of resale inventory, certain items may require:
• oversized packaging
• custom boxing
• additional insurance
• special handling or freight services
If an item requires additional shipping costs after checkout, we will contact you with the exact amount and obtain approval before the order is shipped. Orders will not be canceled or refunded due to additional shipping charges; the buyer is responsible for approving and completing payment for any required adjustments.
Risk of Loss and Damage
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the package is accepted by the carrier. Lost and Found Resale is not responsible for:
• carrier delays
• stolen packages
• mis-delivery
• weather-related issues
• damage occurring during transit
Any claims related to loss or damage must be filed directly with the carrier. We can assist with documentation when possible.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking updates are controlled by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Buyers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional charges to resend.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally.

Because items are pre-owned, unique, or consigned, all sales are final and cannot be canceled once shipped. Please review all listings carefully before purchasing.
